Wide Cutting Range of Tubes
TL300 is able to cut round tubes (Φ20-Φ254mm), square tubes (Φ20-Φ200mm), rectangular tubes (Φ20-Φ200mm) and profiles like angle, channel and H-shaped steel. The max. weight of single tube and tube bundles can reach up to 300kg and 2100kg respectively. If manual loading is adopted, the max. cutting length varies from 8650mm to 12650mm.
HSG-X9800 Intelligent Control System
As the fifth generation, HSG-X9800 is specially developed for our intelligent four digital chucks based on X9000 intelligent system and emerges as the domestic first system aimed at four chucks, as thus, cutting of real 0 tailing has realized.
Heavy-duty Intelligent Four Digital Chucks
TL300 has double hydraulic+double pneumatic chucks. With big clamping force, its oil cylinder can help to clamp heavy tubes easily and stably. It is unnecessary to change claws of the full-stroke chucks while clamping 20-254mm tubes.
Four chucks use different types of claws and adopt reversing cutting, in this way, realizing zero tailing, improving utilization rate to 100% and saving costs. The tubes can be beveled at the last cut. In general, cutting sections are smooth and burr-free with no need for subsequent processing.
Side-attached Machine Bed
TL300 has solid and durable side-attached machine bed, as same as other TL series machines. This structure is convenient for loading and unloading. During above process of heavy tubes, the machine bed and guide rails will not be destroyed by collision. It can be said that it is further reinforced and becomes more stable and durable.
Semi-automatic Synchronous Loading and Unloading System
With the semi-automatic system, TL300 only needs to be operated by one worker while loading all kinds of tubes, including heavy tubes. Tubes will be loaded while unloading, without any unnecessary shutdown. Besides, tubes loaded will not collide with each other by using automatic manner, preventing any deformation.

Its programming and advanced automatic nesting are suitable for conventional tubes, profiles and other sectional profiles.
